This
series of two hour performance improvement seminars addresses a
common problem faced by organizations striving to improve safety
results: SUPERVISION!
Caught in the middle,
front line supervisors are often well intended, but poorly prepared
to deal with the ‘people issues’ so critical to success. Based on
key elements identified in performance excellence literature, (i.e.,
the ‘soft stuff’ that line managers find so hard), each session
explores a key attribute/skill required for achieving peak safety
performance.
Sessions are designed
to provide stand-alone value on each individual subject, and
sequential value when linked in series (some or all) to address
prominent organizational needs.
The series builds
capability by engaging participants in workshops, assessments, and
learning exercises, which help them identify self-improvement
opportunities, and develop stronger supervisory skills to better
support their organization’s goals for improved safety performance.
